About Rainier Luxury Retreats
The people behind the properties
Professional STR management with owner-aligned economics, based in the Mt. Rainier corridor.
Who We Are
Built by an operator, not a franchise
Rainier Luxury Retreats was founded by Katie, a hospitality professional who believed property owners deserved better: better transparency, better economics, and better guest experiences.
After seeing how most management companies operated — vague quarterly statements, owners paying 100% of OTA fees, generic guest communications — she built a management company around the model she would want as an owner: per-booking statements, shared OTA costs, and occasion-personalized hospitality.
Every property in the portfolio receives the same systematic attention to detail, because quality scales through systems, not shortcuts.
Our Focus
- Owner-aligned economics with per-booking transparency
- Quality over quantity in portfolio growth
- Professional-grade hospitality on every stay
- Direct booking channels for every property
- Technology-driven pricing and operations
Why Mt. Rainier
The Ashford and Eatonville corridor is one of the Pacific Northwest's most compelling short-term rental markets.
National Park Proximity
Mt. Rainier National Park draws over 2 million visitors annually. Properties in the gateway corridor benefit from consistent year-round demand across hiking, skiing, and scenic seasons.
Year-Round Demand
Summer hiking, fall foliage, winter snowshoeing, spring wildflowers. Unlike beach markets with sharp seasonality, the Rainier corridor sustains occupancy across all four seasons.
Growing Market
Increasing demand for unique cabin experiences, remote work retreats, and outdoor-focused getaways positions this corridor for sustained growth.
Our Vision
We are expanding selectively. Every property added to the portfolio must meet our quality standards and fit the Mt. Rainier corridor market profile.
Growth means maintaining the same per-booking transparency, occasion-personalized hospitality, and owner-aligned economics at scale. No shortcuts.
Every property in our portfolio gets a branded direct booking website, 9-channel distribution, and dynamic pricing. We are building a portfolio where every property benefits from the reputation of the collection.
